|Cooked Rice||2 cup|
|Mustard Seeds / Rai||½ + ¼ tsp|
|Asafetida / Hing||½ tsp|

|1||In a heating pan add 5 tsp of Oil and let it heat.|
|2||Then add ½ + ¼ tsp of Mustard seeds (Rai), ¼ tsp of Hing and followed by ¼ cup of Cashews and roast the Cashews nicely until turns into light brown color.|
|3||Then add ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi) and mix.|
|4||Furthermore, add 2 cup of boiled and cooked Rice and mix well.|
|5||Add Salt only if required.|
|6||Delicious Popcorn as if tasted Cashew Rice is now ready to serve hot.|
