Paneer Capsicum is very easy and quick recipe to be made within few minutes. In this recipe stir fried Capsicum pieces is sautéed well with Onions and Tomatoes. Then the Cottage Cheese is mixed with these cooked veggies with some Indian spices to give tasty and delicious Paneer Capsicum. Today here we have added Tomato Ketchup in this recipe to make the Paneer Capsicum more delicious and yummy.

Ingredients Quantity
Cottage Cheese / Paneer 1 cup (250 gm)
Sliced Onions 1 cup
Sliced Capsicum / Green Pepper 3/4 cup
Sliced Tomatoes 3/4 cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
Oil 2 tablespoon
Cumin Seeds / Jeera 1 tsp
Grated Ginger 1 tsp
Grated Garlic 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder / Dhaniya 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder / Haldi 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder / Jeera 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Cream / Malai 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce 2 tsp

# Cooking Paneer Capsicum | Step by Step
1 In a heating pan, take 2 tablespoon of Oil and allow it to heat.
2 To that, add 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), 1 tsp of grated Ginger, 1 tsp of grated Garlic, 1 cup of sliced Onions and sauté for 2 to 3 Mins.
3 Now add 3/4 cup of sliced Capsicum, 3/4 cup of sliced Tomatoes and mix well for 2 Mins.
4 Furthermore, add 1 tsp of Salt, 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch), 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhaniya), 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi), 1/2 tsp of Cumin Powder (Jeera) and mix well all the spices.
5 Cover the lid and cook on medium flame for 5 to 7 Mins.
6 After 7 Mins, add 2 tsp of fresh Cream (Malai), 2 tsp of Tomato Sauce and mix well.
7 Finally add 1 cup of sliced Paneer and mix gently to avoid breaking of Paneer.
8 Then add 1/4 cup of freshly chopped Coriander Leaves and give a nice mix.
9 Paneer Capsicum is now ready to serve hot with Roti, Chapati or Naan.
