|Radish / Mooli||1 cup (cubed pieces)|
|Mustard Seeds / Rai||½ tsp|
|Cumin Seeds / Jeera||½ tsp|

|Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi Powder||¾ tsp|
|Turmeric Powder / Haldi||¼ tsp|

|#||Cooking Mooli Ka Achar | Step by Step|
|1||In a heating pan, add 2 tablespoon of Oil and allow it to heat nicely.|
|2||Then add ½ tsp of Mustard Seeds, ½ tsp of Cumin Seeds, ¼ tsp of Hing and turn off the gas flame.|
|3||After turning off the flame, add ¾ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp of Haldi, 1 tsp of Mustard Powder, ¼ tsp of Cumin Powder, ¼ tsp of Sugar and ¼ tsp of Salt.|
|4||Lastly add 1 cup of cubed Radish pieces and give a nice mix to pickle.|
|5||Once cool down, pickle is ready to serve.|
