|Mint Leaves / Pudina||10 to 15 nos|
|Green Chillies||6 small|
|Roasted Chana Dal / Dalwa||1 tsp|
|Garlic Cloves||2 to 3 nos|
|Curd / Yogurt / Dahi||1 tsp|

|1||In a mixer grinder, take 1 cup of fresh Coriander Leaves, 10 to 15 nos of Mint Leaves, 6 small Green Chillies, 1 tsp of roasted Chana Dal (Dalwa), 2 nos of Garlic cloves roughly chopped, 1 tsp of Curd (Dahi), ¼ tsp of Salt, 2 tsp of Water and blend into smooth Chutney.|
|2||If required add more Water while blending.|
|3||Mint Chutney is now ready serve with any Sandwich or Paratha.|
