|Semolina / Rava / Sooji||1 cup|
|Mango Pulp / Aam||2 cup|
|Chopped Mangoes / Aam||¼ cup|
|Clarified Butter / Desi Ghee||3 tsp|
|Chopped Almonds / Badam||2 tsp|
|Chopped Cashews / Kaju||2tsp|
|Kesar / Saffron for Garnishing||as required|

|#||Cooking Mango Sheera | Step by Step|
|1||In a cooking pan, add 3 tsp of Ghee, 1 cup of Semolina (Rava) and roast for 4 to 5 Min on medium flame.|
|2||Then add 1 cup of Sugar and mix for 2 to 3 min or until Sugar dissolves.|
|3||Then add 2 cup of Mango pulp and stir continuously for 2 Mins.|
|4||Furthermore, add 1 cup of Milk, ¼ cup of chopped Mangoes and mix well.|
|5||Cover the lid and simmer on medium flame for 3 Mins.|
|6||Add 2 tsp of chopped Almonds, chopped Cashews and mix well.|
|7||Sheera separates from the pan.|
|8||Serve hot, garnish with Kesar and chopped Mangoes.|
