Cabbage 1 cup (square chopped pieces)
Oil 2 tablespoon
Mustard Seeds / Rai ½ tsp
Asafetida / Hing ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi Powder ¾ tsp
Turmeric Powder / Haldi ¼ tsp
Mustard Powder / Rai 1 tsp
Cumin Powder / Jeera ¼ tsp
Sugar ¼ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice 4 to 5 drops


# Cooking Cabbage Ka Achar | Step by Step
1 In a heating pan, add 2 tablespoon of Oil and allow it to heat nicely.
2 Then add ½ tsp of Mustard Seeds, ¼ tsp of Hing and turn off the gas flame.
3 After turning off the flame, add ¾ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp of Haldi, 1 tsp of Mustard Powder, ¼ tsp of Cumin Powder, ¼ tsp of Sugar and ¼ tsp of Salt.
4 After turning off the flame, add ¾ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp of Haldi, 1 tsp of Mustard Powder, ¼ tsp of Cumin Powder, ¼ tsp of Sugar and ¼ tsp of Salt.
5 Once cool down, pickle is ready to serve.
