For Dough Quantity
Grated Cabbage 1 cup
Grated Carrot ¼ cup
All Purpose Flour / Maida ¼ cup
Finely Chopped Green Chillies 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Grated Ginger ½ tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Other Ingredients Quantity
Finely Chopped Capsicum ¼ cup
Finely Chopped Carrot ¼ cup
Water ¼ + ¼ cup
Oil 1 tablespoon
Chopped Garlic 2 tablespoon
Spring Onions 2 tsp
Red / Green Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce 2 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Corn Flour 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying as required

# Cooking Dry Manchurian | Step by Step
1 In a large mixing bowl, take 1 cup of grated Cabbage, ¼ cup of Grated Carrots, 1 tsp of finely chopped Green Chillies, 1 tsp of Garlic Paste, ½ tsp of grated Ginger, ¼ cup of All Purpose Flour (Maida), 1 tsp of Corn Flour, ½ tsp of Salt and mix well like a dough.
2 Start making small round Manchurian balls and keep aside.
3 Heat the Oil in a heating pan to deep-fry the Manchurian balls.
4 Now add all the Manchurian balls in heating Oil and deep-fry until golden brown on medium flame.
5 Drain off the Manchurian balls over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
6 In a heating pan, add 1 tablespoon of Oil, 2 tablespoon of chopped Garlic and sauté for 1 Min.
7 Then add 2 tsp of chopped Spring Onions, ¼ cup of finely chopped Capsicum, ¼ cup of finely chopped Carrots and mix well for few 2 Min.
8 Now add 1 tsp of Red / Green Chilli paste, 2 tsp of Tomato Sauce, 2 tsp of Soya Sauce, 1 tsp of Vinegar, ¼ tsp of Salt in the pan and mix well.
9 In a small mixing bowl, take 1 tsp of Corn flour, ¼ cup of Water, make lump free paste and add to the sautéed veggies.
10 Then add again ¼ cup of Water in the pan and stir on low flame for 2 to 3 Min.
11 Furthermore, add fried Manchurian balls into the pan and give a mix.
12 Cover the lid and simmer on low flame for more 2 to 3 Min or until Manchurian gets soften.
13 Transfer to the serving bowl and garnish with Spring Onions.
