Boiled & Mashed Potatoes 2 cup
Water ½ cup
Pav 12 nos
Oil 2 tsp
Asafetida / Hing ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder / Haldi ¼ tsp
Dry Mango Powder / Amchur ½ tsp
Dabeli Masala 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chopped Onions 3 tsp
Masala Roasted Peanuts 3 tsp
Pomegranate Seeds 3 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tsp
Desiccated Coconut 2 tsp
Sev 3 tsp
Tamarind Chutney as required
Garlic Chutney as required
Masala Roasted Peanuts as required
Pomegranate Seeds as required
Butter as required

# Cooking Dabeli | Step by Step
1 In a heating pan, take 2 tablespoon of Oil and allow it heat up.
2 Then add ¼ tsp of Hing, ¼ tsp of Turmeric (Haldi) powder, ½ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp of Dabeli Masala and sauté the spices for half minute on low flame.
3 Then add 2 cup of boiled and mashed Potatoes, ½ tsp of Salt, ½ tsp of Amchur Powder into the pan and mix well.
4 Add ½ cup of Water, stir for a minute and remove the stuffing in plate.
5 To the stuffing, now add 3 tsp of chopped Onions and press it down slightly in the stuffing.
6 Similar way add 3 tsp of masala roasted Peanuts, Pomegranate Seeds and press slightly.
7 Then sprinkle 2 tsp of chopped Coriander leaves, 2 tsp of desiccated Coconut, and 3 tsp of Sev and keep aside.
8 Take the Pav and give a slit without breaking apart.
9 Spread 1 tsp of Tamarind chutney and ¼ tsp of Garlic Chutney.
10 Then add spoonful of Aloo stuffing and fill the Pav nicely.
11 Add few more Pomegranate Seeds and roasted Peanuts.
12 On preheated tawa, add 1 tsp of Butter, toast the Dabeli from both the sides for 1 min and serve hot.
