Cumin Seeds / Jeera | 1 tsp |
Chopped Green Chillies | 1 tsp |

Groundnuts / Peanuts / Mungfali | 1 tsp |
Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi | ¼ tsp |
Vrat Salt / Sendha Namak | ¼ tsp |
Lemon Juice | 1 tsp |
Peanut Powder | 2 tsp |
# | Cooking Apple Khichadi | Step by Step |
---|---|
1 | In a cooking pan take 2 tsp of Ghee and allow it to heat. |
2 | Add 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp of chopped Green Chillies followed by few Curry Leaves and 1 tsp of Peanuts. |
3 | Roast Peanuts for 2 Min nicely. |
4 | Then add unpeeled Apple pieces and sauté the Apples on medium flame nicely for 3 – 4 Mins. |
5 | Add ¼ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp of Vrat Salt and mix well. |
6 | Then add 1 tsp of Lemon juice, 2 tsp of Peanut Powder and mix well again. |
7 | Cover the lid and cook on low flame for 2 Mins. |
8 | Apple Khichadi is ready to serve hot. |
