|Apple||1 nos (Unpeeled and cut into small pieces)|
|Clarified Butter / Desi Ghee||2 tsp|
|Cumin Seeds / Jeera||1 tsp|
|Chopped Green Chillies||1 tsp|
|Curry Leaves||5 to 6|
|Groundnuts / Peanuts / Mungfali||1 tsp|
|Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi||¼ tsp|
|Vrat Salt / Sendha Namak||¼ tsp|
|Lemon Juice||1 tsp|
|Peanut Powder||2 tsp|
|#||Cooking Apple Khichadi | Step by Step|
|1||In a cooking pan take 2 tsp of Ghee and allow it to heat.|
|2||Add 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp of chopped Green Chillies followed by few Curry Leaves and 1 tsp of Peanuts.|
|3||Roast Peanuts for 2 Min nicely.|
|4||Then add unpeeled Apple pieces and sauté the Apples on medium flame nicely for 3 – 4 Mins.|
|5||Add ¼ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp of Vrat Salt and mix well.|
|6||Then add 1 tsp of Lemon juice, 2 tsp of Peanut Powder and mix well again.|
|7||Cover the lid and cook on low flame for 2 Mins.|
|8||Apple Khichadi is ready to serve hot.|
