Aloo Tikki Burger is the recipe where crisp golden patties are sandwiched in Burger buns and topped with veggies and burger sauce.

Aloo Tikki Burger is made from boiled Potatoes with some flavor or Indian spices and lemon juice. Tikki is then shallow fried or deep-fried. The spread of sauce and toppings for this burger are very usual and common. Mayonnaise and Tomato ketchup is mixed to get delicious and yummy Mc Donald’s style burger sauce. Lettuce, Tomatoes and Onions is then used as toppings for this Aloo Tikki Burger.

Ingredients Quantity
For Burger Patty
Boiled & Mashed Potatoes 2 cup
Soaked Flatten Rice / Poha 3/4 cup
Turmeric Powder / Haldi 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala 3/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi 1 tsp
Coriander Powder / Dhaniya 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
For Coating
Water 1/4 cup
All Purpose Flour / Maida 3 tsp
Corn Flour 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Bread Crumbs as required
For Burger Sauce
Eggless Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Tomato Sauce 2 tsp
Other Ingredients
Burger Buns / Pav 8 nos
Lettuce Leaves 8 nos
Round Sliced Tomatoes as required
Round Sliced Onions as required
Oil to Shallow Fry as required

# Cooking Aloo Tikki Burger | Step by Step
1 Take 2 cup of boiled and mashed Potatoes in a mixing bowl.
2 To that add 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch), 1 tsp of Coriander Powder (Dhaniya), 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi), 3/4 tsp of Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp of Chaat Masala, 1/2 tsp of Salt, 3/4 cup of soaked Poha and mix well.
3 Take the good amount of Burger stuffing and start making the round Burger Patty and keep aside.
4 In another mixing bowl, take 3 tsp of All Purpose Flour (Maida), 2 tsp of Corn Flour, 1/4 tsp of Salt, 1/4 cup of Water and mix well to make the smooth paste.
5 Now take the round patty, coat well in Bread Crumbs, then dip into the paste and again coat well in Bread Crumbs.
6 Similar way, make all the Burger Patties and keep in Refrigerator for 30 Min.
7 After 30 Min, keep the Oil in a heating pan to shallow fry and add the Burger Patty in the hot Oil.
8 Fry the Patties on medium flame until golden and crisp from both the sides.
9 Once golden and crisp from both the sides, remove it on kitchen towel to remove access Oil and keep aside.
10 Now take the Burger Buns and roast for 1 min on hot tawa.
11 Take 1/2 cup of Eggless Mayonnaise to that add 2 tsp of Tomato Sauce and make the Burger Sauce.
12 Now keep the Lettuce leaf on one side of Bun and keep the fried Burger Patty over it.
13 Then spread the prepared Burger Sauce over the Patty followed by round sliced Tomatoes and Onions.
14 Finally cover the other part of Bun to serve the Aloo Tikki Burger.
